1993年，中国人民大学毕业；1993-1998年，南京航空航天大学，大学教师；1998-2004，创立南京飓风软件有限公司（合伙），担任公司总经理，从事医院管理信息系统软件（HIS）的研发与应用推广；2004年-今，担任海遇医疗科技公司总经理，在医院运营管理、医疗供应链（SPD）、医疗大数据、临床医学工程等领域具有资深行业经验与独到见解，兼任多家大客户、医院运营与IT顾问。

2015年6月30日起，主持上海市科学技术委员会与上海大学联合科研计划工作：基于SPD的大数据分析、智能化社区医药O2O系统等科研负责人。

2017年入选中国物流与采购联合常务理事

2018年受央视《对话新时代》栏目邀请，担任特聘专家

2019年受上海大学（嘉兴）创新研究院邀请，担任特聘专家

2019年受中金商学院邀请，担任特聘讲师
